INTRODUCTION
By using Floorex Roller Engobe , its is possible to protect ceramic rolls from thr formulations of incrustations and deposits originating from body or glaze powder.

The engobe must be chemically inert with the ceramic body of the roll but,at the same time,slightly reactive with the components of the ceramic body.

This smell reactivity helps creating an adhesion layer that firmly anchors engobe to tile and from the other side incorporate dust particles that are freed during the passage of the tile itself on the roll.

METHOD OF USE: Material is supplied in powder form,just mix with clean water till the suspension gets a density of 1.3/1.4Kg/i, then apply a fine layer of Flooerx Roller Engobe by the suitable machines under the tile at the glazing machine end or before entering the Kiln.
